Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support across multiple manufacturing locations. This role will be based in Louisville or Bardstown, KY, with frequent travel between the two sites.

As a strategic yet hands-on partner, you will advise leaders on performance management, coaching, employee engagement and development, change management, and HR policy interpretation to strengthen the employee experience and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of in-depth experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to coach leaders and resolve business issues.
• Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess workforce climate across assigned manufacturing facilities and develop engagement strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies; manage employee relations with integrity.
