Job summary

Perricone Farms, in collaboration with Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee daily HR functions at our Florida manufacturing facility. The role focuses on employee relations, talent acquisition, wage and hour compliance, and safety training to support growth and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of HRBP/HR generalist experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws (OSHA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR functions for facility employees.
• Drive employee engagement and performance.
• Lead talent acquisition & onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
• Ensure wage and hour compliance and accurate payroll practices.
• Administer leave programs per federal and Florida requirements.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and supporting audits.
