Job summary

SHISEIDO AMERICAS, a subsidiary of Shiseido Company Limited, seeks a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner - Manufacturing to align people strategies with plant priorities. You will partner with Plant leadership to drive employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning across a 24/5 operation.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, 3+ years in manufacturing/CPG, and strong analytics. On-site role with strong collaboration across HR pillars and operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
• Advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 3 years in Manufacturing/CPG.
• Spanish language – highly preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site; often 5 days a week as needed to support the business; remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBP support for manufacturing operations, advising plant leadership on people strategies.
• Provide employee relations guidance, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions and improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align HR programs with business goals.
