Job summary

Shiseido Americas seeks a Senior Manager, HRBP to partner with Plant Management, guiding people strategies and performance across three shifts. You’ll lead HR programs, engagement, recruitment, and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Based in New Jersey with on-site operations, you’ll mentor a dedicated team, influence leaders, and translate data into actionable people initiatives that align with business goals and GMP/FTZ requirements.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent; advanced degree/certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR generalist activities for manufacturing operations and shifts.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment practices.
• Partner with site leaders to translate workforce insights into people strategies.
• Oversee onboarding, organization charts, and HR dashboards.
