Job summary

MANE is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our production facility in Lebanon, OH. You will act as a strategic and operational partner, guiding leaders on performance management, employee relations, investigations, and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include training leaders, driving workforce planning, and leveraging HR data to improve engagement and compliance across a manufacturing environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner.
• Employee Relations, or comparable advisory role, experience required.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or other operationally complex environment required.
• Demonstrated, substantial experience independently leading complex employee relations investigations from intake through fact‑finding, documentation, findings, resolution, and follow‑up.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, employee relations practices, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Guide leaders through goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, PIP, and underperformance management.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Independent planning and conduct of fair, timely investigations with documentation.
• Identify themes, risks, and preventive actions; coordinate corrective action.
• Provide coaching to leaders on difficult conversations and policy application.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and internal mobility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety requirements.
• Use HR data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
