Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services seeks an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with leaders and employees across a designated business unit. You will develop talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to meet business goals.

You will lead investigations, coach managers on employee relations, and support onboarding, policy interpretation, and benefits communication. This role requires 3–5 years in HR and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Administration.
  • Conversational English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides HR consultation and support to multiple business units and plant leadership.
  • Partners with management on talent strategies, workforce planning, and performance programs.
  • Leads workplace investigations and coaching on employee relations matters.
  • Supports onboarding, benefits communications, and policy interpretation.
  • Maintains HRIS data accuracy and supports compliance with laws and policies.
  • Collaborates with leaders to drive engagement and succession planning.
