As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will influence organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives in a hybrid, in-office model. You will lead talent planning and leadership development, coach executives, and help shape performance management, talent reviews, and development planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience with senior leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Strong ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Exceptional consulting and leadership coaching skills.
• Experience using workforce data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with focus and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent, workforce, and org strategies with business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational effectiveness, culture, team performance, and leadership capability.
• Leverage workforce insights to influence decision-making and outcomes.
• Balance business, employee, and enterprise priorities for sustainable results.
• Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership capability discussions.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and team effectiveness; support talent reviews.
• Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Guide change strategies to increase engagement and business impact.
• Advise on employee relations, risk management, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate on Total Rewards and talent investment decisions.
