Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• HRIS and payroll proficiency preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Address employee relation concerns, including payroll, attendance, and work performance matters.
• Participate in employee performance investigations.
• Administer and reconcile timecard and payroll functions for the site.
• Improve processes by creating people reports, analyzing data and documentation, and making recommendations.
• Conduct hiring interviews and exit interviews.
• Partner with team members and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, and changes to processes.
• Facilitate and help provide training to DC team members.
• Participate in team member recognition, milestone, and reward program coordination.
• Participate and conduct new hire orientation.
• Participate in process improvement for the department
• Maintain employment data within the HRIS and electronic filing systems, including on and off-boarding disciplinary updates.
