Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Talent Management & Development to design learning strategies that strengthen capability and AI readiness across the organization.

You will partner with leaders, HR, and multiple teams to build scalable learning experiences and drive leadership development, professional skills, and AI adoption at scale. This role is hybrid and based in San Francisco, with on-site expectations three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related fields.
• Experience designing manager, leadership, and professional skill development programs.
• Experience developing scalable learning curricula and blended learning experiences.
• Facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and experiential learning expertise.
• Experience supporting organizational change programs and AI/digital transformation.
• Understanding of AI-human skill development and change management principles.
• Program management skills and ability to manage operational details for complex programs.
• Partner management across multiple organizational levels and with external vendors.
• Experience in large, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning authoring tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise capabilities and translate priorities into scalable curricula and pathways.
• Design learning programs focused on manager capability, leadership, and AI-enabled work.
• Build engaging experiences across in-person, virtual, blended, and on-demand formats.
• Develop workshops, events, and multi-modal learning journeys for leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with teams and external experts to create AI and workforce transformation learning.
• Facilitate engaging sessions that drive participation and behavior change.
• Lead talent development programs end-to-end from strategy to execution and measurement.
• Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, logistics, and learning operations.
