The role focuses on strategic advisory, organizational development, and embedding analytics into decision making. Global collaboration and knowledge of HRIS (Workday) are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field.
• Experience in management consulting or professional services preferred.
• 7+ years HR experience with global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders by providing strategic counsel on people-related matters.
