Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within Corporate Functions. You will develop people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, engagement, leadership capability, and workforce planning.

The role acts as a strategic consultant, using data-driven insights to align talent initiatives with enterprise objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HR business partnering.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and corporate functions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR 전략 with business objectives.
• Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to enable growth, productivity, and operating excellence.
• Provide strategic counsel on leadership team effectiveness and culture transformation.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning across corporate functions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, talent assessment, and career development.
• Partner with Talent Management and Learning to implement development solutions.
• Support organizational restructuring, operating model design, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts for transformations, M&A, tech implementations, and process improvements.
• Assess organizational health and recommend actions to improve engagement and performance.
• Utilize workforce metrics to forecast needs and investment in talent.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics like retention, engagement, diversity, and productivity.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and risk mitigation.
• Drive accountability through performance management, difficult conversations, and engagement.
• Champion initiatives strengthening employee experience, inclusion, and belonging.
• Support listening strategies and action planning from engagement surveys.
• Partner with COEs to deploy enterprise HR programs and drive leadership initiatives.
