Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with goals.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and engagement.
• Coach managers on feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues ensuring fair, compliant resolutions.
• Collaborate on organizational development, change management, and effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations.
• Work with HR colleagues to deliver integrated people solutions and programs.
