Tower Semiconductor, a leading global analog semiconductor foundry, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on-site role in Newport Beach partners with leaders to drive employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including California regulations.
• Experience supporting a global organization and multiple countries, cultures, and business functions.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or unionized environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic advisor to leaders and employees within assigned client groups.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with operational objectives.
• Provide guidance across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and compliance.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR solutions.
