Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to coach first-time managers.
• Experience designing and scaling HR programs in a high-growth environment.
• Experience in multi-state, regulated health tech environments.

Aufgaben

• Coach and partner with leaders to build core leadership skills for first-time and newly promoted managers.
• Own workforce planning, performance management cycles, engagement and retention strategies.
• Lead employee relations matters and multi-state compliance investigations as needed.
• Drive HR analytics for turnover, engagement, and performance to inform leadership actions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to align headcount priorities and inclusive hiring practices.
