Job summary

The Manager of Strategic Analytics at Berkeley Research Group, LLC will identify opportunities, scope projects, and lead data analysis efforts to guide strategic decisions across healthcare and pharma datasets.

Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Policy, you will train junior analysts, build dashboards, monitor data quality, and communicate insights to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a quantitative subject matter area (economics, mathematics, data science, etc.)
• At least seven years of experience in business analytics
• Experience with healthcare-related or pharmaceutical datasets (claims data, pharmaceutical sales and chargeback data, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate analytical results to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities associated with new or expanded lines of business
• Report regularly to company leadership on strategic insights derived from industry data
• Train and manage junior data analysts
• Build and/or consult on internal dashboards related to company platforms
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics across platforms
• Lead efforts to enhance the quality of data collected across platforms

This role reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Policy and the Chief Strategy Officer.
