Alignment Health seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the general manager of the People function for assigned business units. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce capability, org design, and talent investment.

As Alignment Health scales, you will lead organizational design, change management, and talent strategy, ensuring workforce readiness and data-driven decision making across growth initiatives, market launches, and AI-enabled workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHRM, etc.).
• Experience in strategic HR BP, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People & Organization Operating Plan for assigned units.
• Serve as a strategic business advisor to senior leaders with HR insights.
• Lead workforce planning and talent strategy aligned to growth.
