Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for our Aspers, PA bottling facility. You will lead HR programs, consult with leaders on people strategy, and ensure fair labor relations while supporting business goals.

You will manage projects, partner with COE teams, monitor policy compliance, and drive talent initiatives. A Bachelor’s in HR and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field requirement.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop leaders in all areas of people leadership, including performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR related projects and deployments and provide change management leadership where needed.
• Manage daily employee and labor relations and perform initial investigations of employee complaints and alleged policy violations.
• Partner with COE teams to implement and monitor compliance with policy, HR systems, and applicable law and labor agreements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to track and report on open positions and manage internal transfers postings.
• Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize data, and influence stakeholders for proposals.
• Develop and/or deploy communications materials (PowerPoint, letters, and other employment-related correspondence).
• Travel may be required for role support across locations.
