Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner/Multi-Site HR Manager to support a multi-site manufacturing and distribution network in Raleigh/Durham, NC. Relocation assistance is available from within the US. Minimal travel is expected (~10%).

The role oversees HR programs across 4 locations and 700+ employees, driving talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations. A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional HR experience.
• Manufacturing industry/operations experience required.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and performance.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Drive workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent development across sites.
• Initiate HR projects focused on leadership development, engagement, and culture.
• Analyze workforce data to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policy application.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain site presence through travel and partnership with operations.
• Manage a small team of HR professionals.
