Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a hands-on HR Specialist to support hourly manufacturing employees and leaders in a fast-paced production environment. This role emphasizes onboarding, attendance, leave administration, HR compliance, and responsive plant-floor HR support.

You will partner with production leaders to meet staffing needs, administer HR processes, and ensure a positive safety-focused workplace culture while maintaining HR records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with onboarding, lifecycle management, HRIS, compliance
• Experience with employee relations and HR policies

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for hourly manufacturing employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Administer attendance, leaves (FMLA/ADA), workers' comp, and leave programs.
• Ensure HR records and HRIS data accuracy; process changes (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Support safety culture and staffing needs with production leadership.
• Assist with HR reporting and workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
