The HR Business Partner provides consultative HR support to designated departments, helping to implement people strategies that align with business objectives. This in-office role in Henderson, NV operates in a collaborative and compliance-focused environment, covering employee relations, performance management, talent development, leave coordination, and policy guidance.

The position reports to the Manager, Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience, including consultative/generalist
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws & compliance (ADA, FMLA, WC)
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS; ADP/Cornerstone preferred

Responsabilités

• Support managers on day-to-day HR needs (performance, retention)
• Guide leaders on HR policies and compliance
• Investigate complex employee relations issues
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance
• Assist with leave coordination and accommodations
• Monitor HR metrics and drive improvements
• Support workforce planning and talent development
