Job summary

JBM Recruitment is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, on-site role in Sparks, NV. The HRBP will partner with company leaders and the Recruiting team to deliver comprehensive HR support across all functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and training.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years HR experience (employee relations or training), Spanish bilingual preferred, and SPHR/SRP certification preferred. Weekend rotation included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years in HR-related roles.
• Bi-lingual Spanish skills preferred.
• SPR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in employee relations or training.
• Knowledge of HR laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and Recruiting team to manage full-cycle hiring and candidate experience.
• Assist with screening, interviewing, reference checks, and scheduling drug screens.
• Lead new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
• Provide coaching on workplace issues and document actions; support 24/7 operations.
• Monitor turnover, retention, and employee engagement metrics with leaders.
• Design and deliver employee and leadership training.
• Support safety programs and workers’ compensation administration.
• Assist with FMLA, disability claims, unemployment claims, and job descriptions.
• Identify process improvements to streamline HR workflows across locations.
