Antidote Health Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape how we support our people and grow the business. You will coach managers, resolve employee relations matters, and partner with leadership to build programs that bring clarity and consistency in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP or generalist roles.
• Experience supporting a startup or growth-focused company.
• Ability to coach managers and align people decisions with business needs.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and sensitive situations.
• Experience managing PEO/HR vendor relationships (benefits, payroll, systems).
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state requirements.
• Clear communication, judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen manager capability through coaching on performance, feedback, and development.
• Translate business priorities into organizational structure, hiring, and workforce plans.
• Own employee relations from intake to resolution, with proper documentation.
• Provide trusted HR support on policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.
• Manage the US PEO relationship and service outcomes.
• Build scalable HR programs to support growth and maintain practical processes.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives across locations.
• Analyze attrition, hiring, and engagement to inform leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and leverage automation/AI.
