Job summary

Antidote Health, a tech-driven health insurance company, is hiring an HR Business Partner in New York with a hybrid work arrangement. You will coach managers, translate business priorities into people actions, and independently resolve employee relations matters while partnering with the VP of HR.

You’ll build HR programs that scale with company growth and collaborate on benefits, payroll, and compliance, supporting US and Israel teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or HR generalist roles.
• Experience supporting a startup or growing organization with adaptable HR practices.
• Ability to coach managers and connect people recommendations to business needs.
• Experience independently managing employee relations investigations and sensitive situations.
• Experience managing PEO/vendor relationships across benefits, payroll, systems, and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state requirements.
• Clear, approachable communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and implement new HR practices while handling day-to-day support.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen manager capability through coaching on performance management, feedback, and development.
• Connect people decisions to business priorities with leaders on organizational structure and hiring plans.
• Own employee relations from intake to resolution with proper documentation and legal counsel when needed.
• Provide trusted employee support on policies, benefits, leave, and payroll within local requirements.
• Manage the US PEO relationship for payroll, benefits, and compliance support.
• Develop and improve HR programs in partnership with the VP of HR to meet growing business needs.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives across locations.
