Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or coaching certification recommended.
• 7+ years client-facing or consulting experience.
• 6+ years experience in HR or Human Capital Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Embed within leadership team to lead strategic talent initiatives.
• Design and execute talent strategies aligned to business imperatives.
• Lead organizational design and capacity planning across large populations.
• Lead talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Drive frontline enablement, retention, and data-driven HR improvements.
• Lead AI-enabled workforce transformation and future-skills planning.
• Develop strategic talent mobility, career pathing, and hiring strategies.
• Provide advisory storytelling to executives with measurable business metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
