Job summary

Decagon is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Engineering, Product and Design. You will help shape leadership effectiveness and build the HRBP function for scale in a fast-growing SaaS organization.

You will own strategic partnership, org design, workforce planning, and performance management while establishing playbooks and practices to support global growth and an AI-forward HR operation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies, with a focus on HRBP/People Partner functions.
• Experience advising executives across multiple functions.
• Expertise in org design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.
• Ability to scale HRBP/People Partner functions from early stages.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Engineering, Product and Design orgs.
• Partner with executives on org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning and comp cycle execution for GTM orgs.
• Build onboarding, ramp, performance calibration, and compensation playbooks tailored to fast pace tech teams.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance, feedback, and people leadership.
• Own change management initiatives and define the HRBP operating model.
