Gen Digital Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, translating AI and business strategy into practical people plans.

You will own end-to-end talent initiatives, including workforce planning, acquisition, performance, engagement and retention, partnering across cross-functional HR squads to build organizational capability and competitive advantage through people.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in technology-driven environments.
• Ability to translate technology and AI strategy into people implications.
• Strong coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Comfort operating in agile, squad-based, matrix structures.
• Practical understanding of DEI principles and inclusive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and AI strategy into practical people strategies across HR squads.
• Own end-to-end talent agenda including workforce planning, acquisition, retention and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to build organizational capability and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead HR analytics and ROI modeling for people initiatives.
• Guide change management and leaders on culture, change, and adoption of new tools.
• Ensure compliant HR processes and cross-functional coordination.
