Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal and Illinois state employment laws.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead employee relations matters including investigations and performance management.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
