Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises seeks an HR Partner to collaborate with business leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. The role will own cross-functional HR programs and translate business priorities into high-impact initiatives.

You will deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and employee experience, while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. This position emphasizes planning, engagement, and strategic HR execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Drive data-driven recommendations to improve performance and retention.
• Communicate HR policies and processes across management and staff.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives including Talent Review, Merit Review, and Workforce Planning.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning across groups.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting needs and hiring decisions.
• Lead employee engagement and diversity initiatives to reduce attrition.
• Monitor pulse surveys and exit data to inform action plans.
• Manage HR processes in Workday including transfers, changes, and new hires.
