Job summary

Trimble is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with executive leadership, delivering data-driven people plans and driving organizational effectiveness. This high-visibility role focuses on culture, engagement, performance, and workforce planning while responsibly integrating ethical AI tools across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose needs, influence change, and accelerate software growth while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in Organizational Development.
• Track record of consulting with, presenting to, and influencing executive business leaders.
• Strong foundational expertise in HR core disciplines including compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to translate overall business plans into effective talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with senior leaders to diagnose organizational needs, guide change management, and deliver proactive solutions that boost culture and effectiveness.
• Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and succession management to support team growth.
• Serve as a thought partner on leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance talent acquisition, predictive turnover modeling, and employee experience.
• Guide leaders through complex workforce planning, talent development, and key organizational changes to foster a high-performing workforce.
• Ensure policies and procedures comply with employment legislation while advancing strategic business goals.
