Job summary

Bentley Systems in Exton, PA, is seeking an HR AI Solutions Partner who will sit with HR teams to translate real-world needs into practical AI-enabled tools and own end-to-end delivery.

This senior role partners with IT and enterprise architecture, upholds privacy and governance standards, and drives scalable AI initiatives across the People function, delivering measurable improvements in HR operations. You will influence prioritization and ship solutions used daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, computer science, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing AI or automation solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within HR-related domains such as recruiting, talent management, skills and capabilities taxonomy, learning and development, career pathing, or employee support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI orchestration platforms; Power Platform; Workday preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise system architecture concepts and IT integration requirements.
• Experience building AI governance frameworks, including responsible AI principles and risk management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured solution designs.
• Self-starter with curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with HR teams across functions to understand how they work and where AI can help.
• Scope and prioritize problems, translating needs into measurable opportunities.
• Choose the best-fit approach for each project, from configuring enterprise platforms to automating workflows or custom code.
• Build the whole solution, from autonomous AI agents and automations to intuitive interfaces.
• Own solutions from idea to production and ensure adoption by the HR team.
• Collaborate with IT and enterprise architecture to support scalable AI capabilities.
• Treat colleague data with privacy and governance standards.
• Share learnings to raise the organization’s AI fluency.
• Serve as the internal SME on HR AI trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with shifting priorities.
