Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and leadership on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Legal, Civil Rights, and stakeholders to ensure fair, consistent resolutions.
• Guide Leave of Absence, Return-to-Work, Workers' Compensation, and FMLA processes with cross-functional partners.
• Develop guidance and tools to improve HR service delivery across Headquarters and Regions.
• Analyze HR trends and workforce data to identify risks and opportunities for policy improvements.
