Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve the Customer Experience organization within its Go-to-Market function. You will partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, focusing on Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals to drive growth and customer outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership coaching, and change initiatives, leveraging analytics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HRBP exposure.
• Minimum of 5 years in HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role.
• Experience partnering with Director/VP/executive-level leaders.
• Experience supporting customer-facing functions in a SaaS/tech environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to Customer Experience leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Provide strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership decisions.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives for scalability and efficiency.
• Coach leaders on performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement to drive business outcomes.
