Alteryx, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the strategic HR partner to the Customer Experience organization within the GTM team.

You will align people strategies with business priorities for Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals, enabling growth, transformation, and exceptional outcomes. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership coaching while guiding employee relations and change management across senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years HR experience with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Experience partnering with Customer Experience, Success, Services, or similar teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to Customer Experience leaders within the Go-to-Market organization.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership coaching.
