Job summary

Alteryx, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRBP to serve as the strategic partner to the Customer Experience function within the Go-to-Market organization.

You will align people strategies with business priorities and advise executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. In this role, you will lead talent and employee experience programs, coach leaders, and drive change across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP work with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting Customer Experience, Customer Success, Professional Services, or related customer-facing teams.
• Experience in SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CX leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance, succession, and leadership development.
