Job summary

Envista is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders across corporate functions. You will align people strategies with business priorities, lead workforce planning, succession, and organizational design, and drive culture and performance initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration with Centers of Excellence, and building leadership capability to strengthen organizational health.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience with organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent consulting, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must reside within commutable distance to Brea, CA.
