  • Repair components including mechanical systems and hydraulic hoses.
  • Document maintenance activities and variances.
  • Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Support second/third shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Mentor less-experienced technicians and share best practices.
