Kids for the Future is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Agriculture division. The role serves as a strategic advisor, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and fostering a positive employee experience.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and engagement, driving organizational effectiveness and strong people outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of HR experience required, minimum of two years in an HR business partner role.
• Experience working with all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with leaders to enable performance, growth, and effective teams.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Act as a trusted partner on organizational design and leadership practices.
• Champion a positive, high‑performance work environment and monitor engagement.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities.
• Support organizational changes with clear change management strategies.
