SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support HR workflow automation projects. The candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document functional requirements, and manage QA documentation across Agile teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of six years of professional work experience is required; relevant experience may substitute education year-for-year.
• Certifications such as CBAP, ISTQB, or similar BA/QA certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project schedules, implementation plans, and documentation for HR automation releases, presenting updates to management, customers, and technical teams.
• Analyze existing business processes (As-Is) and develop To-Be process documentation for HR workflow automation.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with HR SMEs to elicit and prioritize requirements.
• Perform data analysis to understand current and future data needs and document data requirements.
• Evaluate existing integrations and conduct impact analysis to recommend integration solutions.
