SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to support long-term IT projects through requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation. The role emphasizes Agile practices, JAD sessions, and building automated testing frameworks.

You will perform REST API and microservices testing, create technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT with QA teams. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years IT business/industry work experience.
• 7+ years of IT project BA experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 7+ years of requirements gathering.
• 7+ years with Azure DevOps and/or TFS.
• 7+ years in JAD sessions with stakeholders.
• 7+ years designing/scaling automated testing frameworks (Page Object Model).
• 7+ years automation testing with Selenium or similar tools.
• 7+ years creating/updating automation scripts for UI changes.
• 5+ years REST API/microservices testing (Insomnia/endpoint validation).
• Proficiency testing REST APIs using Postman/Insomnia.
• 7+ years translating requirements into technical specifications/usages.
• 7+ years turning business requirements into use cases/user stories/acceptance criteria.
• 7+ years converting meeting notes into mock-ups/process flows.
• 7+ years creating technical docs and SOPs.
• 7+ years collaborating with QA, coordinating UAT, guiding testers.
• 7+ years using Visio for process modeling/diagramming.
• 5+ years manual testing (scenarios, tests).
• 5+ years automation testing (scripts to identify defects).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience deriving business/data requirements from process/system docs.
• Experience creating data dictionaries.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate JAD sessions and collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, developers, and QA teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flows, mock-ups, and process models to communicate workflows.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Execute manual, automated, REST API, and microservices testing.
• Validate application functionality, identify defects, ensure quality across SDLC.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including schedules and tester guidance.
• Maintain technical docs, SOPs, data dictionaries, and artifacts.
• Use Azure DevOps/TFS and modeling tools to support requirements management, testing, and delivery.
