Job summary

S2 IT Group is seeking a skilled IT/Business Process Analyst in Alpharetta to identify and optimize current processes and system interfaces. You will coordinate data flows with external vendors, manage several projects, and ensure timely, quality deliverables across teams.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA and PMs to ensure customer needs are met and integrations align with overall strategy. Travel may be required to client locations within the US.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT management or related field.
• Experience analyzing business processes and defining improvements.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze current state business processes and system inadequacies.
• Present ideas for process and systems improvements; collect data to develop interfaces.
• Handle data flow with external warehouse vendors.
• Operate multiple projects and ensure quality, time and cost targets.
• Prepare process flow diagrams and coordinate approvals with business users.
• Collaborate with Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, QA and PM groups.
• Plan and oversee integration; ensure adherence to PM methodologies.

Job Duties: Identify and analyze current state businessprocesses and system inadequacies, present ideas for process and systems improvements. Collectdata, code, and configure activities necessary to develop new interfaces.Handle data flow with external warehouse vendors. Operate multiple projects,small initiatives with the help of various applications on daily basis. Managescope and meet manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverableswith quality, time, and cost parameters. Prepare process flow diagrams andcoordinate with business users to get approval on the requirements. Collaboratewith Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, and project management groups.Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure service behaviorand assists product teams in meeting customer needs. Plan, handle and overseeintegration and ensure adherence to project management methodologies. Requiredtools and utilities: Workday HRMS, Microsoft Visio, SQL Tableau, MuleSoft,Middleware, Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other: Full Time.Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements : Master's Degree inInformation Technology Management or Equivalent. Any suitable combination ofeducation, training or experience accepted.
