Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations at our hotels. You’ll help manage recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, safety, and performance management in alignment with company policies across locations.

You’ll also contribute to team engagement, assist with employee relations initiatives, and maintain accurate HR data while ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations: recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
• Foster team member engagement: support employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture
• Maintain employment data in HR systems: assist with data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims
• Ensure HR compliance: adhere to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies
