You will partner with business leaders, lead HR initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 9+ years progressive HR experience; 5+ in HR management.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, org development, and performance management.
• Advise leaders on organizational, workforce, and employee matters.
• Translate business strategies into HR initiatives and solutions.
