NAVAIR in San Diego, CA seeks an HR Specialist (Recruitment/Classification) to support the Commanding Officer, Command Operations Department, and Human Capital Division of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest. You will design, develop, and track HR plans to recruit, develop, and retain the talent needed to accomplish the mission.

You will advise on staffing strategies using labor market data and apply classification standards to reach accurate decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design and track HR plans to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Review past recruitment practices and local labor market data.
• Provide strategic recruitment advisory services to management.
• Apply classification principles to interpret standards for decisions.
• Analyze and administer organizational design and position management.
• Resolve HR issues crossing programs (recruitment, classification, compensation, staffing).
