Job summary

The candidate will review classifications, assist with process improvements, and produce monthly action summaries. This on-site, fast-paced role may involve CONUS travel up to two weeks and requires adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience administrative functions in civilian HR.
• 5 years’ experience creating position descriptions/classifications.
• 5 years’ workforce analysis with narrative explanations.
• 5 years’ experience developing HR processes incl. training/position mgmt.
• 5 years’ MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) proficiency.
• 1 year’ experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Provide admin support for processing actions.
• Strong ethics, verbal/written communication, detail-oriented.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and tight timelines.
• Maintain a clean workspace and data accuracy.
• Data entry using Windows and Office apps (PowerPoint, etc.).
• Travel CONUS up to two weeks; report monthly actions.

Responsibilities
