Precise Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist, Journeyman to support our corporate team in Lexington Park, Maryland.

This in-person role partners with leadership to translate business needs into human capital solutions across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee development. You will help design programs, manage compliance, and maintain a positive, collaborative culture while delivering timely, accurate HR services in a dynamic government

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR management.
• Broad knowledge of staffing, compliance, employment law, benefits, and compensation.
• Government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR practices across the employee lifecycle from hiring to off-boarding.
• Monitor employment laws, policies, and best practices and update the company accordingly.
• Oversee performance management and training programs.
