Precise Systems is seeking a Human Resources Specialist, Journeyman to support our Lexington Park, Maryland team. The role focuses on designing people operations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and strategic HR services to foster a productive, compliant workplace.

You will translate business needs into human capital requirements, manage recruiting, training programs, and employee relations while maintaining a positive, transparent culture and supporting leadership with policy

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in HR management is required.
• Broad knowledge in staffing, compliance, employment law, employee relations, benefits and compensation.
• Working knowledge of Government Contracting experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end HR practices across hiring, onboarding, development and off-boarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies and best practices.
• Develop and administer training, benefits, and performance management programs.
• Maintain employee records, manage open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Advise leadership on HR policy interpretation and employee relations issues.
