Job summary
Precise Systems is seeking a Human Resources Specialist, Journeyman to support our corporate team in Lexington Park, Maryland. You will design and execute people operations initiatives, translating business needs into human capital requirements while maintaining a positive workplace.
You will drive recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and strategic HR services, collaborating with leadership to ensure clear goals and a productive environment that fosters growth
Qualifications
- Proven progression in HR management over 3+ years in a corporate setting.
- Broad knowledge of staffing, compliance, employment law, benefits, and compensation.
- Experience with government contracting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR practices and objectives across the employee life cycle from hiring to off-boarding.
- Monitor employment laws, policies and best practices, integrating them into the company.
- Manage performance, training programs, benefits, and employee relations.
