Job summary

Asure Software in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HR Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with new clients, focusing on HR consulting sales and SaaS solutions. You will conduct demos and discovery calls to close new business, developing opportunities from curated lists and existing connections.

You will leverage Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, and other tools to manage a robust funnel, meet quotas, and participate in an uncapped commission structure within a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
