Job summary

The Any Hour Group is seeking a Safety & Risk Manager to lead company-wide safety programs across multiple states. You will ensure OSHA compliance, oversee workers’ compensation administration, and drive return-to-work initiatives with field leadership and HR.

You will analyze safety trends, implement proactive safety initiatives, manage driver safety programs, and develop training that reduces injuries while protecting the organization’s assets and people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of safety and risk experience with hands-on OSHA compliance.
• Experience across multi-state operations and regulatory inspections.
• Strong knowledge of safety programs, hazard communication, PPE and incident investigation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA compliance and company-wide safety program administration.
• Maintain OSHA 300/301/300A records and support inspections and actions.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes across states.
• Manage driver-safety programs and multi-location risk initiatives.
• Develop training, dashboards, and continuous improvement of safety metrics.
