Job summary

Willbanks Metals, Inc. is seeking an organized HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—at our Fort Worth facility.

You will partner with department leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a smooth, compliant candidate experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience with attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Working knowledge of EEO, ADA, FLSA, I-9/E-Verify, and background check requirements (FCRA).
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings that reflect role requirements and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and plant tours with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliant, timely communication with applicants throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting; support compliance audits.
